Thank you for your interest in becoming a Project Jumpstart participant. The first step to becoming a Project Jumpstart participant is to complete and submit an application. Applications will be accepted for a limited time only and ten participants will be selected from each of the areas listed below. Please note application deadlines.

• Eastern Washington / Northern Idaho: February 15, 2006
• Oklahoma: March 15, 2006
• Alaska: March 31, 2006
• New York: May 1, 2006
